Put Your Customers First, But How ?



Now organizations like Telenor and HybridmediaWorks Website Designer in Rawalpindi are putting their all energies and efforts to become the favorite partner for the better lives of the customers. These organizations are working in different horizons to get the feedback and serve the customers in such way that no their other competitors can. Basically they are setting standards of customer centricity approach. In this regarda day is celebrated by Telenor across the globe for customers only name it Customer First Day. Purpose of this CFD is to galvanize the organization to design and deliver meaningful and delightful experiences – which the customers want to have perpetually. As Youth makes up a huge segment of our users, they are dedicating this year’s CFD to their commitment to make Youth’s digital interactions through their products services and channels safe and void of the bullying phenomenon.




This year Telenor and HybridmediaWorks Graphic Designer in Islamabad are celebrating the theme of putting their young customers first. In a grand manner Telenor Pakistan jointly with Beacon House School children by attempting to break the Guinness World Record of creating the longest human chain of clasping wrists against digital bullying and in regions they’ll be storming markets to meet their privileged customers. Accomplishing the  world record will serve as a reminder for them in times to come – a reminder to keep their focus on the concerns and challenges of customers in everything they do – a reminder to create safe digital experiences for youth.

A harmless and aggravation free digital experience is the right of everyone, especially our young customers, and on the Customer First Day, with this record breaking gesture, they are going to reignite their pledge to deliver on customer’s expectations.

Their aim is to create the awareness among society that “Internet safety is a personal responsibility” and encourage customers to be smart.
